Every project starts with an on-site consultation where we assess your space and goals. During our time together we’ll review your objectives, style preferences, and budget. Initial ideas may be discussed, but our primary focus is to uncover opportunities, identify challenges, and gain a clear understanding of your needs. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining our scope of work and design fees, giving you a clear view of what to expect should you decide to move forward with your project.

We take a deeper look at your needs and begin developing an initial design direction. You’ll be presented with a design package that may include mood boards, inspiration imagery, floor plans, and/or 3D perspectives showcasing proposed styles, colour palettes, finishes, and furnishings to help you visualize the concept.

We refine the designs based on your feedback and finalize the materials, fixtures, and furnishing selections. For larger or more complex projects, we prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation to guide the trades during implementation.​

We handle the ordering, scheduling, and tracking of materials and products. We work closely with contractors and trades to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure the design is executed as planned. We also manage the delivery and installation of furnishings and decor to ensure everything is perfectly in place.

Before your space is handed back to you we carefully review and resolve any outstanding items to ensure a smooth finish.
